What exactly does Panavilla do?
Panavilla handles the complete rental and management of holiday properties – either as a full-service provider or as a long-term tenant in the subletting model. Either way you benefit from stable income and professional support.
What happens to the devices at the end of the contract?
We remove them without fuss. You can switch to your own solution or take over the devices at residual value.
How does management differ from subletting?
With management you remain the owner and receive a percentage share of the income. With subletting we rent your property directly and pay you a fixed rent, regardless of occupancy.
How am I paid under management?
You remain the owner of your property and receive a percentage share of the income generated. The better the occupancy and price, the higher your return – so our interests are identical to yours.
How long do the contracts run?
We rely on long-term contract durations and regular condition reports. A profit share is also optionally possible if you want to participate beyond the fixed rent.
How quickly can the collaboration start?
As soon as the property is ready and the framework is clarified, we can begin marketing or subletting within a few days.
Which regions does Panavilla cover?
We are active throughout Austria and Bavaria. We assess each property individually for its rental potential.
